Landscape photography is another widely popular subcategory of APN Photography that offers its audience the chance to view beautiful landmarks around the world. This is the category you want to explore if you're looking for photography where the main focus of the piece is the natural environment, namely land (you would want to search for pieces focusing on water or the sky in other categories). You'll see vast landscapes that seem larger than life and smaller, more intimate pieces that may be quieter but no less powerful. 

Here is what you can expect to see from us this month:

• Interviews with deviants who represent this category with beautiful artwork
  
• Features to showcase some of the category's best deviations
  
• Tutorials to help you create your own Landscape photography

The Rules:

• Deviants may submit only one photograph to the contest. You must be a member of AnimalsPlantsNature to enter but anyone is welcome to join!
  
  
• The deviation must be no older than February 1, 2016 (we want to see your newer work!)
  
  
• The deviation must be from the Animals, Plants, & Nature--> Landscapes category only!
  
  
• The main subject of the piece should reflect the category.
  
  
• No photomanipulations. _{For the purposes of our contests, a photomanipulation is considered a deviation that has components from more than one file in it.}
  
  
• Submissions are open until Saturday, May 21st at 11:59 pm PST.
